Listening + Love = Leadership

For most of us this desire to be listened to has come so little in our life that our craving for it is deep and at times overwhelming. For the most part…the majority of people are listened to so rarely, that it easy to put listening and love in the same space. 

To truly listen and fully be captivated in this art is after all a true act of genuine LOVE.    

Listening does match up directly with Love.

Listening in turn is a development towards healthy and strong Leadership and then in turn the three of these powerful words become entangled…creating a togetherness where you truly can't have one without the other. 

Therefore, we can put these three strong rolls together and come up with a powerful place of Genuine Love…Strong Leadership and Healthy Listening. 

Leadership = Love...Listening = Love...Leadership = Listening...Love = Leadership. They just all fit together to create Strength and Power within us. 

I do good with challenges and goals…so today I'm making the choice to truly and deeply listen to three people. Then I'm going to look deeply at the reactions, responses and feelings of those I've listened to…as well as what this feels like for me.

Three powerful words that all three bring to the table...skill and depth. When combined the power behind them can be instrumental in the way we live out our lives with others and pivotal in our daily relationships as well as with those we are working with, doing life with, dating, our peers…anyone God puts in our path of influence.
